If buyer missed delivery ,or USPS cannot delivery the package because the address is not deliverable according to their system or because the address is incorrect. The package will be return to us within 1~2 weeks.

We will send it again with the correct address, BUT buyer need to pay for reshipping fee. Because USPS does not refund the first shipment fees.(If you want to cancel the order, the shipping fee will not able to return)

Can be hand washed, machine washed and dry cleaned. Wrinkles are removed after wash and dry. For drying process, hang up and air dry natural , or put in dryer set the temperature on low level. If using machine wash or dryer, use mesh bag throughout the entire process prevents damage the shoulder straps. NO iron, NO bleach

There are many variables that affect the coloration of the fabric, and between different rolls / dye lots, the color can vary.
Therefore, to ensure complete consistency in the color of the dresses, we recommend purchasing all your dresses together in one order.
If the bridesmaids are ordering the dresses themselves/separate orders are placed, please ask them to do so within the SAME day AND mention the WEDDING PARTY name AND the TOTAL quantity of dresses being ordered by the entire party in "note to seller" at checkout. The dresses will not be made/shipped until everyone from the group has ordered. If you do not do this when ordering separately, we are not responsible for any variations.
